I have been looking for a commercial property to invest my savings in 2023. It is my first-time as an investor. I have never done this before so I am taking every precaution that is required. I have hired a real estate agent and asked a property manager to inspect the building for me. I am hopeful that the commercial real estate sector will continue flourish in the country in the New Year as we are now recovering quickly after the pandemic.
